The plugin is excellent – thank you! The new chart drawing feature fails to load on one of my sites. Otherwise, the report functions just fine. Just to double check: did you enable the chart drawing in the ZodiacPress– > Settings? Under the “Natal Report” tab, click “Report” to see the Report Settings. The “Add Chart Wheel To Natal Report” setting lets you add the chart wheel either above or below the report. Double check that the setting is not still at the default setting, which is “do not add.” * If the setting is fine, then when you generate a report, is there the text, “ chart drawing” in the place where the chart drawing should appear? To verify that chart drawing script works can you please go to this URL, but replace “[http://yourwebsite.com”](http://yourwebsite.com”); with your own website: * `http://yourwebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/zodiacpress/image.php` * If you see any sort of error message, please post it here so I can investigate further. * If you see a blank chart wheel image, then the chart drawing script works. This would mean that something is stopping the chart image from showing on the report page. In this case, would you be able to provide a list of your active plugins? You can copy this easily from the ZodiacPress –> Tools –> “System Info” tab. I only need the “– Active Plugins” section which is at the very bottom. * I would use your plugins list to try to pinpoint which plugin may be blocking the chart drawing. The site is behind Sucuri CDN and has an SSL certificate. Deactivating Wordfence temporarily didn’t resolve the issue. I’ll get back to you from there via email. * If the site is also behind Sucuri firewall, one of the “Security Options” is quite possibly blocking the chart drawing. In particular, it’s the 2nd setting on [this page](https://kb.sucuri.net/cloudproxy/Configuration/security-options). The charter is not displayed. * By cons, as you mentioned, if I load only image.php, the default image works. * So, I can not make it appear to personalize it or into an astrology report. * I do not have a firewall or anything else.
