Basically, Borlabs does not influence any other plugin. This means that a Google library, which is used by Visualizer, can’t be loaded. The Borlabs Cookies plugin seems to block external libraries, including Google ones, so it may block the Google Charts library as well. You can try and see if your environment allows the use of ChartJS instead of Google Charts for data visualization. * To do so, you can select ChartJS when creating a new chart from the dropdown below the chart selection area.
