 * Hi,
 * I have install plugin and add the firebaseio link and secret and set up the plugin.
 * But in the front side with the chat box its showing this message.
 * “None of our operators are available at the moment. Please, try again later.”.
 * So please tell me how can i make it working?
 * It want to use this plugin for my site users private chat.
 * So please help me out with this.

    that message appears because there is no operator connected to the chat 
   console from the admin dashboard.
