 * The chatbot does not seem to be working. When I click on the link, nothing happens.
   When I make changes in the settings, nothing seems to happen either.
 * Please help.

 * I am not seeing the chatbot active on your site.
 * After making any changes, you must purge any cache plugin and CDN caching.
 * Then for testing on the front end, you need to clear both browser cache and **
   cookies **or check in a new Browser **incognito **or private mode (Ctrl+Shift
   +N in chrome).
