The problem is that I insert the default shortcode and nothing happens. I can’t see the chatbot at all. Any suggestions? The script of the chatbot is not being loaded successfully. But somehow, your server redirects this request and crash it. Your server is returning a forbidden error on a file that exists; I am really not sure why… but it’s not linked to the plugin (otherwise I would get thousands of messages right now telling me about the same error).
