 * The purpose of this plugin is to increase the performance of the website. It
   is a core functionality. This plugin was caught red-handed cheating on the performance
   test. The EXCUSE when this plugin was caught lying was they didn’t know about
   the cheating… so they don’t read the meat of their own code? For years? Really?
 * The plugin review team certainly can’t read every line of code but this plugin
   was caught scamming and it was not immediately removed, why? I guess in USA cheaters&
   grifters are celebrated and rewarded, as long as they have money or appear to
   have money.
 * It must be a cultural thing.
 * If these guys do not know what their codebase does and has, who knows what else
   can a dedicated security researcher find as well?
 * There should be a 0-star rating.

   Caught to be cheating ?!

 * This is untrue, as explained here: [https://getwpo.com/wp-optimize-completely-rejects-false-allegations-of-gaming-page-speed-results/](https://getwpo.com/wp-optimize-completely-rejects-false-allegations-of-gaming-page-speed-results/).(
   Indeed, do do your research!).
 * To “cheat” on PageSpeed, *you*, the site owner, would have to deliberately decide
   to explicitly mis-use a clearly labelled feature for a different purpose.
 * To avoid “cheating”, simply don’t do that!
 * And by the way, the WordPress plugin team did look at it (at our own request),
   and agreed that there was no issue.
