 * Hi, I need help. I have to build a form where there’re five check fields. I need
   to exclude, when the customer checks one, the others. For example:
 * 1: paint
    2: photo 3: video
 * If it’s selected paint the customers can’t check the last two fields.
 * It’s possible? Some ideas?

 * Make it a dropdown menu instead of a checkbox. What your looking for is a dynamic
   or CONDITIONAL form. Gravity forms does this, but why buy something when it can
   be resolved by making it a dropdown selection?
