# Checkbox error

 * I have a problem that when a user fills a form and there are multiple attendees
   and the forms contain a checkbox, the system only takes informaton from the second
   and third atendee and not of the first. What could be the reason for this. When
   the form doesnt have a checkbox, it works perfectly fine
