 * Hi All,
 * Have just started using forminator to create a new sign-up form for our business.
   We were hoping to see functionality to make a grid of checkboxes, specifically
   the days Monday-Saturday in the 6 rows and Time Slots in the columns, so that
   customers can select multiple time slots across the week in the sign-up form
   to indicate their availability. Just wondering if there’s a simple way to do
   this that I’m missing, like laying out the checkboxes in a grid with custom CSS,
   or if it’s functionality the plugin doesn’t have yet?
 * Many thanks,
 * John

 * Hi [@newschool1](https://wordpress.org/support/users/newschool1/)
 * Hope this message finds you well.
 * Could you export your form so we can be on the same page? Kindly use the guide
   on this link: [https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export](https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export)?
   Once exported, kindly use a Cloud service like Google Drive, pastebin.com, or
   similar to share it. If you have sensitive data, please duplicate the form, remove
   it, and export the form.
 * Best regards,
    Laura

 * Hi, thanks for your response Laura. Please see pastebin here: [https://pastebin.com/HWGY4ajC](https://pastebin.com/HWGY4ajC).
   For the day/time selection, it would be ideal to have something like the table
   below where people can select multiple boxes on multiple days to indicate all
   of their available times.

 * Let me know if this is possible within forminator or if there is a compatible
   solution that you know of.
 * Many thanks again!

 * Hi [@newschool1](https://wordpress.org/support/users/newschool1/)
 * I’m afraid that due to limitations in Forminator, this will be not possible without
   custom coding. The first limitation is the Forminator Grid which currently allows
   to have max 4 columns. Using the CSS solution it can be somehow overwritten.
   Following this, you will face another issue later on when it comes to the mobile
   version which will be fully unreadable if you reverse this CSS for the mobile
   view. Such a mobile grid will make no sense at all.
 * In such a case, we can recommend adding checkboxes with days in the first place.
   Later on, create checkboxes with time slots 6 times. 1st set of times will show
   up only if you select Mon, and so on. Each set of those checkboxes will have
   a separate label.
 * You can see example here: [https://pastebin.com/350wMRe5](https://pastebin.com/350wMRe5)
 * Kind Regards,
   Kris
