# Checkbox “Matrix”

 * Any ideas on how I might create a “Checkbox Matrix” — for lack of a better term—
   with Ninja Forms?
 * I basically want something like this:

 * Basically, I want a list of events, then a “Yes”, “Maybe”, “No” in the RSVP Columns.
 * I haven’t found anyway that I might be able to do this.
 * Any suggestions?

   A series of checkbox lists can be used to accomplish this use case. The following
   custom class names can be added under the Advanced Settings of the list fields
   to display the list options horizontally.
 * two-col-list
    three-col-list four-col-list five-col-list six-col-list
