Checkbox position doesn't seem to work

Hi,

I have a form here: http://poetrysuperhighway.com/psh/great_poetry_exchange/great-poetry-exchange-book-submission-form/

The last three items before the captcha are check boxes. When selecting left or right in the form editor, the checkbox always appears to the right of the text. (Currently each of these items has “Left” selected but as you can see in the form the checkbox appears to the right. (Also tried “right” and it looks the same.)

Am I doing something wrong?
