# Checkboxes data not submitted

 * I’m facing a problem where all the form’s data is submitted but the checkboxes’s
   data is not.
 * When looking at the submissions in the backend it looks fine, but the fields 
   with checkboxes are all unchecked even if I checked some fields on the form on
   submission.
 * What could cause this? I’m running the newest version of WordPress and Ninja 
   Forms.

 * Update.
 * This problem only occurs when I am logged in. This has been tested on a OS X 
   Sierra using Chrome and Safari.
 * If I’m not logged in, the submission is fine.

   this locally.
 * The first step is to check for a plugin/theme conflict. Can you temporarily disable
   other plugins and switch to a default theme, like twenty sixteen? This will only
   take a moment and will identify if there is a conflict. If so, you can re-enable
   to plugins, one at a time, to identify the specific conflict.
