 * Hi,
 * I have been getting the error message “checking browser before accessing” top10films.
   co.uk for 48 hours.
 * It appears to be happening to all users. I also noticed other issues – images
   not loading on social media posts, and now Google is unable to index the site
   because the robots.txt film in “unreachable”.
 * Measures taken so far:
    - Checked security plugins / deactivated
    - Checked Cloudflare settings and switched named servers back to host but issue
      still occurring
    - tried to change themes but got “critical error on this website” (that was
      a surprise and I assume related to the problem)
 * Could it be a theme-related issue?
 * Any help most appreciated.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fchecking-browser-message-before-accessing%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * That message is probably from your host, one.com. I suggest checking with them
   about it: [https://help.one.com/hc/en-us](https://help.one.com/hc/en-us)
 * I get a “critical error” on your site… Errors like this are logged. Check the
   error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.
 * Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/
   debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. [https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/)
 * You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of
   the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one
   to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins:  [https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus](https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus)

 * Thank you Steven.
 * The site went down after I tried switching the theme. It should be live again
   now.
 * I will try your other suggestions and have reached out to my host which is investigating.
