 * Hello,
 * Since you set my last post to “solved” when it wasn’t and have ignored me asking
a questing in the prior thread, I’ll make a new one.
 * #1) The plug-in worked for years with Host Gator as my host, so unless you changed
something, they aren’t the problem. Did you change something?
 * #2) I just discovered that the plug-in WILL work if I use the Chrome Browser
instead of Firefox, but the file size is now nearly 4 times bigger than it used
to be, which seems odd since I added nothing and removed several plug-ins. Maybe
the updated version of WP is much larger than before.

 * Unfortunately, HostGator is an unsupported hosting provider and the plugin is
   not going to work :/
Here is a complete list of [unsupported hosting providers](https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/unsupported-hosting-providers-and-themes/).
 * If you would like to use the plugin, try using a hosting that is not on the unsupported
   list.
If you would like to stay with this provider, it is better to look for
   an alternative plugin.

 * You clearly did **NOT** read what I wrote.
 * The problem was **NOT** my host provider. It’s my browser. It works fine if I
use Chrome, but fails when I use Firefox.
 * Btw, the issue with the site size being significantly larger was due to a file
left by a hacker and had nothing to do with the plug-in.
