 * Hi,
 * I’ve reached out to learndash and they sent me here.
 * Adding a coupon code to checkout a learndash course doesn’t allow people to continue
   and place order.
    Only when people refresh the page then they can continue.
 * Example product page you can use to checkout:

 * because this site is live I can’t put a coupon code here but if your are an mod
   or admin I can send it to you.

 * At the moment, sending confidential information privately is not allowed in the
   forums. Practically speaking, this means out troubleshooting are somewhat limited
   unless you have a staging site where the coupon code can be shared publicly.
 * In general, is that same thing happening when using a non-learndash type of product?
   Are you seeing any error messages in the console tab of your browser tools? Can
   you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

 * Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another
   plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

 * The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin
   is to do the following:
 * 1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront ([https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/))
   or TwentyNineteen ([https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/))
   Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Learndash. 3. Test 
   to see if the issue has been resolved.
 * If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and
   re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the
   conflict.
 * If doing this on your live site is not possible, can you create a duplicate site?
   We suggest using WP Staging ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/))
   if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.
 * If this is a problem specific to LearnDash products I suggest that you also ask
   your question in the LearnDash support channels at [https://www.learndash.com/support/](https://www.learndash.com/support/)
