Checkout custom fields

    Hello,
    I’ve just installed woocommerce blocks and changed the checkout page. I love it but I can’t find a way to customize the shipping/billing field. Is there a way to do so? I have to add at least the vat field (not to add taxes, but here in italy I need it for the invoice).

    Hi Kelly! Thanks for your interest. The cart and checkout blocks are still very much in the early stages, so there’s a lot of functionality they’re currently missing that we plan to add later. One such piece of functionality is compatibility with extensions that modify the checkout page, such as Checkout Field Editor. This plugin allows you to customize the fields on the checkout page, but it is only compatible with the normal checkout page, not the block version. Compatibility with other WooCommerce extensions should be coming at some point, though, so keep your eyes peeled!

    Hi Austin, thank you for your answer. I think this plugin as a lot of potential (and the checkout now is beautiful) but at this point I can’t use it cause I need those functions mentioned earlier. Hope to be able to use this plugin in the future!
