# /Checkout doesnt refresh/update

 * I just updated to the latest version of jigsohop but when I get to /checkout 
   and change the shipping state from Texas to Idaho the page doesnt refresh as 
   fields are filled out and the tax never changes. This is a critical feature and
   we need it fixed BEFORE the next person makes a purchase!!!

    - click Softcover book
    - underneath the image where it has + and – with the #1, click add to cart
    - click proceed to checkout
    - in billing address fill out:
       nathan coffey 123 sesame street austin texas
      united states 78732
    - all those fields should validate with a green checkmark
 * now go change Texas to Idaho and the tax is supposed to change from 0% to 6% 
   but it doesnt.

 * UPDATE:
    I found an old /checkout.js file that worked and recalled that I had
   appended all the code from the original blockui.js before the first line of the
   latest update to /checkout.js
 * and it works.
 * For some reason all the code that is in blockui.js must be before the code for/
   checkout.js in order for the refresh feature to work.
 * Now, I am a javascript noob. Please please please tell me how do I refrence the
   current blockui.js file at the beginning of /checkout.js so that I don’t have
   to have all this code in the beginning but just ‘call’ blockui.js

 * How do I edit /checkout.js so that instead of all the blockui.js code being pasted
   before the checkout.js code it just calls and runs the blockui.js file that already
   exists?
