# Checkout error – Missing fields

 * Hello, I suddenly started receiving emails from customers that they are getting
   this error when trying to check out.

 * They say those fields don’t even show when checking out. It only shows them username
   and password option. I am not able to recreate the problem but many customers
   emailed me saying a form for those fields doesn’t show at all.
    I would like 
   to know which setting it is in oceanwp to fix it because I cannot find it.
