# Checkout Error – Zip Code Does Not Match Selected State

 * I’m having an issue with my WooCommerce store + Blank Canvas theme where some
   out of state users are getting the error message “Zip Code does not match selected
   state” at checkout when trying to complete payment. I’ve gone through hours of
   troubleshooting and the only thing I can think of at this point is that there’s
   some sort of conflict between Blank Canvas and WooCommerce. Has anybody else 
   experienced this? For references, I’ve had people in Oregon and Colorado tell
   me this and I’m based in Texas. Orders from Texas go through no problem.
