 * since the addition of the the email tab, some of the details that used to be 
   displayed within the ‘new order admin notification’ email are now missing. It
   appears that the missing details are all the additional fields that I have created
   via the ‘jigoshop checkout fields manager’.
 * I have tried to update to the latest version of checkout field manager to see
   if this fixes the issue, but I keep getting the message:’An error occurred while
   updating Jigoshop Checkout Fields Manager: Update package not available’.
 * There is defiantly something up with the checkout field manager as I have just
   found that ‘state_billing’ field was randomly added to the checkout page, preventing
   anyone from being able to fill it in and therefore not letting people place orders.
 * Please can someone look into this asap, ive has so many issues with jigoshop 
   🙁

   of Checkout Fields Manager (1.3), which has been updated with compatibility with
   the new email templates in mind.

 * I hav done that, updated to 1.3 but still the emails that are sent upon purchase
   dont contain any of the custom fields data, please help!

 * its ok, i noticed that the checkout fields manages hadnt overwritten the faulty
   version, but instead added itself as a new instance. I deactivated the old version
   and now the email fields are pulling through correctly. I cant delete the old
   version though as it seems to take the custom field data with it, is there a 
   way around this please?
