checkout form is squashed

Really appreciate you help.

Have problems with https://csws.oxfordagency.co.uk/checkout/

the theme default page is full width, however, not sure why, but the form is incredibly squashed – can seem to see why this is happening?

Would really appreciate some help – as I’m totally stuck!

STEPS TO FIND THIS PAGE

GO TO https://csws.oxfordagency.co.uk/shop/?add-to-cart=365 will add something to basket

Then click, Proceed to checkout – and you should be able to see that page, many thanks
