Hi there!
I understand how confusing this can be, especially when guest checkout is already enabled in WooCommerce.
To help us investigate what might be forcing customers to log in at checkout, could you please share the following details:
- Your site URL
- A copy of your WooCommerce System Status Report
You can find the System Status Report by going to:
WooCommerce → Status → System Status → Get system report → Copy for support
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
Hi there!
Thank you for sharing the site URL and the System Status Report. I’ve reviewed the report and can see that you’re using multiple plugins on your site that may restrict checkout access to logged-in users.
To assist you further, could you please create a staging site and temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, then check whether the issue still occurs? Please also deactivate the Elementor plugin during this test.
You can use the following plugin to create a staging site:

Here’s a guide that explains how to run a conflict test step by step:

Let us know what you find, and we’ll be happy to continue helping you from there.
Since we haven’t received any updates from you, I’ll mark this as resolved for now. If you need further assistance, you’re welcome to start a new thread.
We’d really appreciate if you could take a moment to leave us a review: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/
