# Checkout Page Broken when processing rules

 * Our checkout process is broken when using your plugin. We receive either a “sorry,
   this product cannot be purchased” message or a broken shopping cart page when
   the plugin is enabled. The rules were working properly for a long time, then 
   suddenly we realized this error as keeping customers from checking out.
 * We’ve tried disabling all rules and leaving the plugin enabled. This eliminates
   the problem but leaves our gifts not working. We then disabled all rules and 
   created a new one. This also breaks the cart.
 * We tried support through your website but the response was very curt and ghosted
   me after sending me the following messages: “Delete all of rules and check it”
   and “Disable Them”. I tried repeatedly to get a response after that but was ignored.
