    Hi @devansh1995 ,

I checked your site and I could see that the login box, opens and then automatically closes when clicking the “Click here to login” link.

I checked the console for your site, however, it didn’t return any errors. It seems either a plugin or the installed theme is conflicting on your site and causing the issue.

I recommend doing a conflict test as per the steps below:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

hello i did it and got to know that it is because of wordpress auto optimize plugin. however it has setting to exclude js & css strings. so what should i do now?

Maybe try unticking the “also optimize cart/ checkout” option (main tab near the bottom)?

    Hi @devansh1995 ,

In this case, it seems the optimization plugin you’re using is not compatible with WooCommerce. I recommend reaching out to that plugin’s support and see if they have any workarounds.

oh.. they will only say to exclude it in strings list.
that’s why i asked you about that.

Hi @devansh1995, the options for setting up caching/optimization plugins are discussed here. If those options are not included in the plugin you’re using, I’m afraid it is not compatible with WooCommerce.

Hi @devansh1995. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
