Checkout Personal Information can’t be field & edited

    Hey there!
    Hope this topic finds you well.

    My new customers can’t fill in the personal information on the checkout page. It’s like all the input fields are disabled with this CSS code (pointer-events: none;) which disable fields on click.

    It only works when we click on the next button and the page scrolls up and fils on-field and vice versa. After all, he/she can no longer edit his/her personal information until he switches to ship to a different address.

    How can we fix this issue!

    Hi @depute – This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
