    Hi,

I installed the plugin, activate, and as required, forced the SSL option.

Then, when I try to go to checkout, the website crash on the HTTPS : “Secure Connection Failed”
The SSL certificate is recently created and officially available ( Gandi host ).

Your checkout isn’t jumping over to https, which means something isn’t configured correctly.

Can you please create a ticket via http://www.woocommerce.com? You can do that via Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free plugins. Please do include admin creds so that we can take a closer look for you.

Could you reproduce the issue ?

I couldn’t reproduce it without doing a live payment. I asked for you to create a ticket with credentials so that we can test it all the way through as well as check into what’s going on with the SSL.

I did create a ticket but I didn’t leave my ID/pw because I didn’t know if the ticket was public or not…
I disabled the plugin because while I’m waiting for an answer, people could not order items!

    Thanks for letting me know!

We’ll be able to help you further via the ticket. I see we sent out a reply to you yesterday evening (European time) and we’re waiting for your response.
