    Hello !

    I’m experiencing an issue with the Revolut Gateway for WooCommerce plugin.

    When a customer creates an account on my website, adds a product to the cart, and proceeds to checkout, the payment process fails with a message saying that some required fields are missing — even though all billing details are correctly filled in.

    I’ve tested the same checkout process using stripe, and everything works perfectly there.

    The only way to complete a purchase with Revolut is to go to the “My Account” page first and manually fill in the billing details, then return to checkout.

    It seems like Revolut doesn’t recognize the billing fields entered directly on the checkout page.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Please reach out to our in App Help section and ask for your case to be escalated. To further debug this we would need you to share information that should not be shared on a public forum

    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    When asking to escalate please give the link to this forum thread so we will be able to easily identify you and prioritise.
