# Child Theme Functionality Lacking

 * The theme doesn’t work with Child themes. It fails to inherit the parent’s styles
   even when using the import CSS rule. Seems the theme wasn’t tested. I suspect
   the demo is heavily customized?
 * What’s the workaround?

 * I have followed the steps and having built child themes countless times, believe
   me when I say there’s a problem with the theme. Have you tested?
