# Chrome/IE margin issue

 * I’m attepting my 1st theme but having margin issues.

    the box in the 
   upper right should be flush with the top. It is fine in firefox.
 * I was hoping maybe someone could spot the problem. I’m a little scared of using
   absolute positioning though I’m sure it’s an easy fix.

 * …if it’s your first theme, I recommend you to take some times on the concept 
   of “_CSS reset_“: this may be very helpful for this kind of browsers compatibility
   in the display field.

 * I’m actually using a reset.
    It is my first wordpress theme, but I’ve been using
   css/html a very long time. It’s just one of those things that I cannot for the
   life of me spot.
 * Or maybe Chrome has a 30px margin I can’t get rid of for some reason. o.0 I don’t
   know.

 * Oh, seems more like an Internet Explorer bug than an extra from Chrome: [it looks exactly the same in Firefox here](http://pixel-solitaire.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/firefox-chrome.jpg)(
   _but on IE8… well… it’s a complete other story_).

 * Oh that is strange! I wonder if mac/pc has anything to do with that.
    Thank you
   for that screenshot I’m sure it’ll help me find the problem.
