# Cincopa Plugin Problem

 * Hi all!
 * I’m probably the newbiest of the New Bees. That said, I’ve taken some pains to
   install a gallery in Cincopa to my wordpress dash. It worked like a charm until
   this programmer down the hall said I shouldn’t use that, and I should use some
   special customized bit he developed. I let him take over the driver’s seat and
   well, now NO GALLERIES work. I try to reinstall Cincopa but it says it’s already
   there. It doesn’t show up in my Plugins. I don’t exactly understand where to 
   start if I’m going to try to reinstall/upload manually. That actually doesn’t
   seem to be working. If I download directly from the site. It tells me plugin 
   failed- application already exists or something like that. Any help you can give
   would be greatly appreciated. (I still have all my files in cincopa so I think
   I can just jump back in there easily enough.)

 * I also faced a similar kind of problem and I was wondering where to find the 
   Cincopa plugin. After a lot of research, finally i found it. These are the steps
   which i followed:
    1. Login to the WordPress Dashboard. 2. Click on Plugins. 
   3. The name of the Plugin for Cincopa is: “Post video players, slideshow albums,
   photo galleries and music / podcast playlist”. 4. Deactivate the plugin and activate
   it again. This worked for me.
 * I also found an option to delete the plugin and then search for the same plugin
   in the Dashboard and reinstall it once again and then activate the plugin. Hope,
   this works for you as well.
