 * 1. Some of our books can only be borrowed and read in the library. I want to 
   know how I can set the circulation type so that they can’t be checked out at 
   the circulation counter.
 * 2. Or is it possible to set the loan period to be zero?
 * 3. How can i increase the number of characters allowed in the circulation type?
 * 4. Is there anyway I can set an notification to the librarian when
    – someone
   has overdue books – someone has held a book

 * This would require modification of the code, mostly in database_code.php in the
   includes folder.
