 * Hi my mailpoet is not sending emails, When i try teh TEST mail button at the 
   configuration i get this error:
    The email cannot be send: Class Swift_CharacterReader_Utf8Reader
   does not exist.
 * My config:
    Mailpoet 3.37.2 | WordPress 4.9.10 | PHP 7.3.10 | Apache | MySQL 
   5.6.40
 * I apreciate any help.
