 * I was in the process of updating to 4.4 and the install stalled on Copying files…
 * Eventually, my website came out of maintenance mode and is live, however when
   I attempt to login I am getting the error below. What do I need to do to fix 
   this please?

   wp-admin/includes/class-wp-internal-pointers.php): failed to open stream: No
