 * We have an intranet site that I can’t give access to but the wordpress admin 
   area shows the following:
 * Errors:
    2022-05-15 08:59:49: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local
   base. Error: You can get support any time here: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect).
 * No, there is nothing after the Error:
 * I found that disturbing. Is there another place to find the actual error that
   occurred (logs, etc)?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fclean-talk-error%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * This error is temporary and does not affect the protection of your site from 
   spam.
 * Please wait a few hours and click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings.
 * If that doesn’t help, please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with 
   the Complete Deactivation option:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-
   Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation”
   to “On” —> Save Changes; • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins—
   > Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete. Then install it anew: [https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress](https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress)
