CleanTalk blacklisting regular users

    Hi guys, can you explain a bit more to me about how the blacklisting is working because its been banning valid users from the site pretty regularly.

    For example, today on thedogsway.com a user with IP 199.188.136.10 was banned when trying to log in to user the video tutorials that the site sells. Not good!

    I whitelisted them manually, but how do i stop this from happening at all?

    That means it was blocked by fast filters. We need to analyse your spam check requests to know why it has happened. Opening support ticket in your CleanTalk Control Panel will give us all information we need.
