CleanTalk blocking contact form tests

We run GravityForms as our contact form of choice on the websites we build. We use CleanTalk to help protect them. We’ve been using for a few years now, and for the most part it’s been awesome! Every month we test out client’s contact forms to make sure they’re receiving them and that not issues occur. This time, we were blocked from testing. We received the error: *** Forbidden. Contains contacts. Sender blacklisted. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. *** We then tried the same message with a different originating email address for the user, and were able to submit successfully. Here is the text we use: “Hello, this is a scheduled test from ******** to ensure this contact form is working properly. Please reply to this message as soon as possible to confirm you have received this email. Contact me at ********. Thank you and have a great day!“ We are wondering if:
- CleanTalk is blocking our employee’s email or IP specifically
- CleanTalk is blocking our text script specifically
- CleanTalk doesn’t like us testing the contact forms across dozens of websites in the same way each month, and views it as spam.
