 * Pods Alternative Cache refers to a specific, additional, plugin, [Pods Alternative Cache](https://wordpress.org/plugins/pods-alternative-cache/)
 * If you do not have that plugin installed, the option will not appear.
 * If you are using another caching plugin or host-level caching, cache clear user
   interface will be in that plugin.
