 * The Clear Cache button in the admin bar was moved to the Pro version of the plugin,
   but you can still clear the cache by going to **Dashboard → Quick Cache → Clear
   Cache**.

   Dev points out:
 * “The Clear Cache button in the admin bar was moved to the Pro version of the 
   plugin, but you can still clear the cache by going to Dashboard → Quick Cache
   → Clear Cache.”
 * That’s how I clear the cache and it only takes a couple of seconds longer than
   it uised to.
 * I’m starting to upgrade to the latest version on a few local sites and had no
   problems – not updated on live sites yet.
 * This is still a super easy caching plugin to set up so I’m sticking with it.
