# Clear logging

 * My email logging table has gotten too large. I changed the limits down to both
   a number of logs and a time frame, but it does not appear to have deleted the
   log entries. Will it clean out entries after some period of time? If not, can
   I deactivate and delete the plugin and will it remove all data, including the
   logging table? Is there some setting to enable cleanup data upon delete?

 * Should be no video needed. Two simple questions: 1. If I deactivate and delete
   the plugin, does it clean up after itself like deleting database tables and options
   entries? 2. If I change the log retention, does it retroactively delete entries?
   Or only those going forward?

 * Hi,
 * If you deactivate and delete the plugin, it does not automatically remove all
   database tables, logs, or option entries by default.
 * Also, when you change the log retention settings, it generally applies to logs
   going forward and may not immediately delete older existing log entries retroactively.
   If the logging table has already become very large, you may need to manually
   clear the old logs from the plugin settings or directly from the database.

 * Hi,
 * Hope you are doing well.
 * If this option remains enabled, all data related to this plugin will be cleared.
   If it is not enabled, then nothing will be deleted.
