 * Hi
 * I’m finding autoptimize is asking me to clear my cache every two to three days.
   It’s good to get a notification but that is really frequent, what happens if
   I am away for a week or two for some reason ? Is there a way to automate clearing
   the cache ?
 * Thanks

 * hey [@ahamaton](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ahamaton/); there’s no automated
   cache clearing (for many a reason), but there’s some good info [AO’s FAQ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/faq/)
   on what you can do to avoid this. have a look there and let me know if anything
   is still unclear!
 * hope this helps,
    frank

 * It seems you recommend against the plugin and code unless you really know what
   you’re doing, so I’m probably going to be out of my depth there. In which case
   it seems the only options are disactivating the “aggregate inline JS” and/ or“
   aggregate inline CSS” options. How much will this affect the performance improvements
   I’ve achieved with your plugin ?

 * well, aggregate inline JS is off by default. if you enabled that, start by undoing
   that. impact on perf. will -exceptions notwithstanding- be minimal (if any).

 * OK, I’ll try it, thanks for the advice
