 * I have problems with Siteground who tell me that our SQL database has breached
   their 1GB limit. Looking at it more than half is accounted for by 2 files – wp-
   ig-actions and wp-ip-sending queue. How do I clear these – can I delete them
   manually within sql? – is there an option to clear them in email subscribers?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fclearing-queued-e-mails%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@madeiraislanddirect](https://wordpress.org/support/users/madeiraislanddirect/),
 * The plugin stores subscribers’ activities data(email sent/opened/clicked) into
   the above-mentioned tables and use it to show the campaigns report.
 * If you don’t need previously sent campaigns’ report, then you can delete them
   from the menu **Email Subscribers** –> **Reports** page. This will delete data
   from **wp_ig_sending_queue**.
 * For deleting data in the **wp_ig_actions** table, at present, I am afraid that
   currently, it is not possible through the plugin, but you can use SQL to achieve
   that.
 * Also, let me discuss your use case with my team if we can handle it in the plugin
   in future releases.
 * Hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further queries.

 * I have deleted all reports from the sending queue within email subscribers –
   but the SQL database size has not been reduced on the server? It is empty but
   still occupying 250Mb

 * Any progress on this – SiteGround are beginning to restrict access because the
   database is too big?

 * Hi [@madeiraislanddirect](https://wordpress.org/support/users/madeiraislanddirect/),
 * The database size should get reduced after deleting the data from the above tables
   if these tables were only the cause of the issue.
 * Can you please confirm if 250 MB data is coming from the Email Subscribers’ table
   only or from other tables?
 * You can check this guide on how to find the table size from [here](https://kinsta.com/blog/disk-usage-wordpress/#database-size-phpmyadmin).
   Let us know what comes out.
 * If the issue seems to be found with the Email Subscribers’ tables then we will
   further look into the issue.
 * Thank you.

 * I emptied the wp_ig_actions table and it came down from 470MB to 43KB now.
 * I have left the wp-ig-sending queue at 250.6 MB (316,000 rows) just in case you
   want to have a look at it – I can send you login details if you wish.
 * I am now well ender SiteGrounds 1GB limit, so no problem for the time being.
 * Both Tables were generated by E-mail subscribers – the next largest is wp_posts
   at 222MB

 * Hi [@madeiraislanddirect](https://wordpress.org/support/users/madeiraislanddirect/),
 * Thanks for your response.
 * Glad to hear that the database size has now under the hosting limit.
 * Since the **wp_ig_sending** table keeps a log of previously sent emails, you
   can delete its records if these logs aren’t required from the **Email Subscribers**–
   > Reports page.
 * Hope this helps you.
 * Let us know if you have any further queries. Also, you can contact us [here](https://www.icegram.com/contact)
   if you are facing any difficutly.
 * Thank you.
