Thanks for your reply, but I’ve used Local Pickup Plus on other stores and my concern is that this new site will have hundreds of stores and I don’t want people to have to scroll through a huge list. The search facility won’t really cut it, as it won’t be obvious to users which store is closest.
I don’t know of others, but I’m going to log a feature request to use geolocation to find the closest and pre-select it 🙂

I doubt it will help me in time for this project, as I’m still following Woo Ideas that I posted 18 months ago and this site needs to be live by November, but I’d be interested in following the progress for future projects.
I actually logged direct in the private repository, but you can post on ideas too to reinforce it.
