ClickDimensions iframe embedded form not displaying sometimes

Hey everyone, my work uses ClickDimensions forms to record registrations and generate tickets. These can be embedded in our wordpress website in a number of ways.

We’ve tried every way possible but all with the same result, a number of website visitors simply can’t see the form. It’s happening randomly across many browsers, they don’t have any ad blocks on (and some that do can switch it off but the issue remains), and my colleague can sometimes see it and other times not.

The issue has stumped me, website visitors, and the ClickDimensions support team alike, so I’m giving these forums a try as well.

Both the embedded form and the website are SSL enabled and there’s no code that turns off the form or makes it invisible.

Any ideas why some of our users simply can’t see the form? Is anyone who has visited this thread encountering the same issue with the form?
