# Client cannot log in

 * My client cannot log into course. He gives nick name, gives pass, presses enter,
   it loads for a while and then it resets the page.
 * He tried different browsers. Reinstalled browsers. I triplechecked that plugin
   is up to date.
 * Occasionally I (admin) have the same problem too – usually changing password 
   fixed it but for him it doesnt work.
 * Any ideas?
 * +how the heck is possible that there is version 4 available and I cannot download
   it?

 * Hope you’re doing well today and thanks for your question!
 * Are you referring to version 4 of WordPress? We are currently on version 1.2.2.3
   of the free version for CoursePress 🙂
 * As for the login issue you’re having, do you have any caching or security plugins?
   try deactivating them then trying again. It would be a good idea to do a full
   plugin conflict check in this case.
