# Client previewing

 * Hi.
    I have recreated a site for my client on localhost / MAMP. Everything’s 
   working perfectly and I’m fairly confident about moving the site to my client’s
   existing FTP/host when the time comes. What I’m wondering is if there is a way
   for my client to view the site online prior to my essentially overwriting her
   existing site with the new one. Is there a way I can create, for example, a “
   Clients” folder in my FTP, upload the client’s site to said folder and give them
   a URL to view online? Any help would be greatly appreciated – thanks.

 * If your client’s or your hosting provider allows it you can set up a sudomain,
   install a separate WordPress site and upload the new site to there. That’s what
   I did to demo the theme I’m working on.

 * Thanks Kevin…I’ll look into that…wish it could be as easy as FTPing to a folder
   and fwding a URL!
