 * I am working on a pop up and all of a sudden the close button is not longer showing
   and instead I have the word CLOSE underneath my pop up content.
 * Any ideas why it would suddenly stop showing correctly? When I am in the theme
   I can see it showing properly.
 * Unfortunately site is not live so I cannot give you a link.
 * Thanks

 * [@dgrcomms](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dgrcomms/) – Typically this means
   that you have an extra `</div>` closing div somewhere in the content of your
   popup. Hope that helps.

 * [@danieliser](https://wordpress.org/support/users/danieliser/) thanks. I have
   checked and I am not seeing any extra </div>
 * But I just did a test as I am using a shortcode for the form I need on the pop
   up and that is what is causing the problem. When I remove the shortcode the button
   shows up. This is the shorcode I am using [leadoutcome_optin_form id=”2″ type
   =”full_form_content”]
 * Is there a way to fix this as I pick this plugin because it works with shortcodes.
   I am using your ADvance Theme Builder extension. Thanks

 * [@dgrcomms](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dgrcomms/) – I think I told you
   backwards. Your likely looking for a missing closing div tag. The close button
   should be outside the content div so if your seeing it in there then another
   div or container didn’t get closed properly. Sorry about that.

 * Ok that makes sense. There was a div missing in the form code that I missed.
   Appreciate your help!
