 * Dear [@mstudioil](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mstudioil/),
 * Please kindly note that most possibly the issue is with your current theme.

   May we ask you to change your theme to the one that you had previously? Please
   let us know if it helped.

 * How these the theme I using apply to the Admin area and the plugin settings?

   I can’t change the theme in live site and anyway it is the same theme on both
   sites.

 * Dear [@mstudioil](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mstudioil/),
 * We may have miscommunicated with something, our apologies.
    Please note that
   we meant to say to change your popup’s theme not the website. You may do it from
   your popup’s settings, section Design. See the screenshot here [https://prnt.sc/NTdu58q-N3Rx](https://prnt.sc/NTdu58q-N3Rx)
   Please keep us posted about your progress.
 * Regards,
    Popup Builder Team
