    FOR GODS SAKE PLEASE STOP CLOSING TOPICS. There is nothing more annoying than looking and looking and looking for an answer to something only to find a topic about it….. but it’s closed.

    well – if it is closed, it either has the answer, and that is great – or it is unanswered, and what would be the advantage to have an unanswered old topic to add your question on top?

    simply start a new topic.

    btw: can you post any direct links where this problem occurred for you?

    Topics are closed automatically after 12 months of inactivity. They’re also closed when people go wildly off topic and make it impossible to provide help. Or when people are uncivil.

    If you need to reference an old topic, please make a new one with a link back to the old one.
