 * I have configured to use CloudFlare via W3TC Extensions using the API.
 * After doing this find that the page loading time which was **3.42** seconds before
   CloudFlare has now increased to **13.67** seconds with CloudFlare.

 * I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you 
   with this.
    It may take some time for the Cloudflare cached to rebuild. Once 
   the cache is purged you may experience a temporary downtime. Thanks!
