 * CF plugin installed. Domain is currently being proxied by CF.
 * APO was purchased from within the WP plugin. After APO was successfully purchased
the plugin settings have been stuck in a load loop. When we click the CF plugin
settings all that displays is the CF logo, a Home icon, Settings icon, Analytics
icon and a perpetually spinning wheel between the 3 icons and the text saying
   Version: 4.10.1
 * Plugin was connected 1st with the Global API key, then to troubleshoot the plugin
was disabled, a new API token was generated using CF’s preconfigured WordPress
token settings. Plugin was re-activated and connected with the new token. No
error is generated with either method of connecting. Settings still stuck in
   a load loop.
 * No other caching plugins are running on the WP instance. The site is the only
thing on the VPS which runs Nginx and Apache.
 * Inspecting the site shows the cf-edge-cache header is giving the correct value
but the cf-apo-via header is missing entierely as is the cf-cache-status header.

These are the response headers we’re getting:
 * >     ```
   > cf-edge-cache
   > cache,platform=wordpress
   > content-encoding
   > gzip
   > content-length
   > 27514
   > content-type
   > text/html; charset=UTF-8

 * So in summary, purchasing APO trapped the plugin’s settings in a load loop and
the pages aren’t being cached or delivering all the headers they should with
the CF plugin running and the APO upgrade active.
